This book has me “charmed.” Literally! Micah Tuttle believes in magic. This is a masterfully told tale of his love for and determination to save his grandpa. However, there is so much more to this story. Belief, friendship and true magic abound. If you’re looking for an entertaining and thoughtful story that will impact you for good, choose Circus Mirandus! The quote on the front cover explains this book perfectly, “Magic so wondrous, you have to believe it to see it”.

Before reading this book, I thought fairy tales were childish. Now, I realize what a drastic mistake that was! I have learned so much by going back and “searching” through the classics. After reading each and every story, I am surprisingly content. Fairy tales have a wonderful effect on me, and they can on you, too, if you give them the chance. Trust me!
Age range: Once you can listen you’re ready to read! And trust me, you’re never too old
The Chronicles of Narnia- C.S. Lewis

This is one of the most renowned series ever, yet I feel it is also sadly misunderstood. Some people place it under different categories. This is a mistake. This series belongs to everyone!!!!! The plot is very engaging. The characters are memorable. The values taught are priceless. C.S. Lewis has such a talent for capturing your attention, and then feeding you wonderful morals and truths while keeping you deliciously entertained. There are new characters in every book. If there was one fantasy series I could recommend, it would be the Chronicles of Narnia.
